Jane, this is such a powerful theological bridge. specially the revelation that the Father’s boundary in Eden was not punishment alone, but redemptive protection.

So many women have been taught to associate boundaries with guilt, yet throughout Scripture we see that God uses boundaries to preserve identity, prevent deeper bondage, and prepare the way for restoration.

That lens alone brings enormous clarity: boundaries are not the opposite of love; they are often love with foresight

Yes, I believe there is so much more in Gods word that we understand as being restrictive when it’s actually the opposite.

A lovely post of the Truth. I love the analogy of our first family being put in prison for breaking the rules. God's plan of redemption and grace is so amazing.
